The program runs as four half-day sessions, typically scheduled across two consecutive weeks. Each session is held on a weekday morning or afternoon, allowing participants to return to their operations the same day. Sessions are currently offered in-person in Chicago, IL, with limited remote participation available for groups of four or more from the same organization.

You don't need to prepare anything formal. The data you already have is sufficient. The pre-work packet will clarify exactly what format is most useful.
This program is designed for people who make daily operational decisions: general managers, operations managers, kitchen managers, area managers, and multi-unit supervisors. It is not designed as an introductory management course.
Participants from the same organization attending together can coordinate their exercises around shared data, which often produces more immediately applicable outputs. Organizations sending two or more participants are encouraged to contact us in advance to discuss how to structure their participation.
